Farid A. Abraham grew up in Northern California running around the rural Santa Cruz Mountains and because of this he was able to find his passion for photography in the beauty that surrounded him. Farid became interested in photography in JR High and continued his interest as a hobby until his late 20's. That is when Farid decided to pursue photography as a career.

Farid specializes in action/sports photography and high art portraiture/fashion; he thrives on the lively elements in his subjects in order to become engaged. Farid's photos are published internationally in editorial, advertising, and the fine art arenas; he's known for his unique angles, lighting, and ability to capture the natural movement, splendor, and emotions of his subjects.

Farid's new studio and house gives him freedom to combine all his abilities along with his natural desire to share "the moment" with everyone involved. He currently enjoys life in the Colorado Rocky Mountains with his very special partner in crime, Julie, and their two dopey dogs Genghis and Tiki.
